28.1.11 Fusion launches plan to renovate dilapidated house in Mannenburg, Cape Town
Pete Portal is a British missionary based in Mannenburg, Cape Town and has launched a plan to purchase a dilapidated house to become a hub of revival in the area.
Pete says, "God has put on our heart to buy and redevelop a dilapidated old house on the edge of Mannenburg. This will become a hub of our activity in the community and we believe it will be a place where the traumatised, addicted and broken will come to experience the glory of God. We are planning on opening a bakery on site, as an opportunity for guys to work, gain employment and serve their community practically. It is hoped that this place will spark a heart for prayer and manifestation, healing and revival in a community that has had the words of the gospel shoved down its throat time and time again, but not necessarily had power encounters with the God of love".
