7:14 Prayer -
We have a dream. It's kinda big, and it's kinda scary, and will need us all on board...It's a dream to see the United Kingdom united for the King. To see the Church rise up in an apathetic age. To worship, pray and be seen by the world. To raise a shout and be a sign declaring Jesus Christ is Lord!
And we want it now, in 2012, in the run-up to the Games...On May 19th, the Torch Relay will leave Land's End and alight in Plymouth for the night...On May 19th, God willing, hundreds of men, women and children will have gathered in the heart of that great city, to worship, pray and witness, 7:14pm - 20:12pm.
To seek the Lord together, in a visible statement of faith, humbling themselves, crying out to God, asking him to move...Then the next night we'll be in Exeter, and the night after that in Taunton. Then Bristol, Cheltenham, Worcester, Cardiff... For 70 days we'll continue to gather; praying, witnessing, worshipping, humbling ourselves under God's mighty hand.
Then on a set date, possibly Saturday 14th July, 7/14 - we'll all come together in the heart of London for a festival of prayer and praise...!Can you see it...? A wave of prayer that sweeps the UK and beyond...? A catalyst for who knows what in each village, town and city...?! This is the dream. Together, we could see it...This is an endeavour in association with 'More Than Gold' and 'Kingdom Come UK', and many more friends besides...But we'll need to all be in it, to see thousands take to the streets...
